We then look at the "Doctype" and any errors in the programming on your home page (Doctype = Version of HTML - More Details).
We show this to you and discuss any issues such as: HTML 4.0 programming, 247 errors, 73 warnings and so on. And all this is only your home page!
Sorry to say but "Your Guy" is not doing his job very well.
